In Heaven there is no regret. There is no jealousy. There is no pride. There will be nothing that we must earn. Any treasure we have in heaven is there, but it is nothing compared to knowing Yeshua. We will not want in heaven, what we do not have or that of another. In heaven the greatest is the least in this world. Yeshua is our example in every respect, He owned nothing but the clothes He wore. He is lowly and humble. In heaven we are desired, welcomed and loved fully. We will be accepted as a member of Yeshua’s family, as a brother or sister, not a like a distant unfamiliar relative. In heaven we will experience the fullness of love as never before possible in this life.
Whatever your burden it will be lifted. Whatever your struggle or attack it will be vanquished. Whatever barrier or cage has kept you isolated will be crushed. Whatever shame, failure, crime, dysfunction, or brokenness we have experienced will be nonexistent. Whatever your deficiency, fear, or limitation will be removed. “For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.” (Romans 8:38-39).
This world is not our home and it can never be, because our family is in heaven. Our destiny is with Yeshua; it is right to think about our true home and look forward to our family united in Heaven. “If only for this life we have hope in Christ, we are of all people most to be pitied. When the perishable has been clothed with the imperishable, and the mortal with immortality, then the saying that is written will come true: “Death has been swallowed up in victory.” (1 Corinthians 15:19, 54) Yeshua’s promise is certain, “Do not let your hearts be troubled. You believe in God; believe also in me. My Father’s house has many rooms; if that were not so, would I have told you that I am going there to prepare a place for you? And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am.” (John 14:1-3)
