Something Great

I will not let go of this yearning in my soul; I will be part of something great. I know the greatest man who ever lived, the God-man, Yeshua Messiah. Every act, word, movement, look, expression, emotion, thought, sound and touch of Jesus was miraculous. He raised me o life; made me His own, and is leading and calling me home. This calling within me is not selfish and has no desire for fame, wealth, or power, but it is full of hope, purpose meaning and destiny. Yeshua fulfilled every prophecy, doing so even as He knew them perfectly before each sprang forth. In that moment words spoken by faith centuries before were met with fulfillment. I don’t know what this great something is; I have no vision, no dream, no indication of my part to play, but the evidence is palpable within like a heartbeat, breath or the sound of silence. It will come as a gift, an act of mercy, a simple pure display of love, granted to me before time began. It is not for my glory, but Yeshua’s and it will not compare to anything, but meet fulfillment in time and space.

That’s all I know and it by faith. Faith pleases God and those who had faith and died in faith without seeing its fulfillment were no less precious or approved in God’s sight. “All these people were still living by faith when they died. They did not receive the things promised; they only saw them and welcomed them from a distance, admitting that they were foreigners and strangers on earth. People who say such things show that they are looking for a country of their own. If they had been thinking of the country they had left, they would have had opportunity to return. Instead, they were longing for a better country—a heavenly one. Therefore God is not ashamed to be called their God, for he has prepared a city for them.” (Hebrews 11:13-16)

I would ask anyone who reads this to search deep within and lay hold of the faith you have, but may have quashed so many times, that you have given up, but it lingers there still. Embrace your destiny of faith, by faith alone, faith in your creator and lover of your soul. He loves you with an everlasting love, unconditional and deeper than your mind can comprehend. Receive His love by faith and hold on to the truth you know, you know.
