Things is America are bewildering in the context of our history, our laws, Constitution, civil behavior and society at large. On many levels and spheres we are confused and perplexed. There are two camps of puzzled persons, those whose actions reflect confusion and those who are perplexed by such actions. It is like a stage of insane actors putting on a play of random, incoherent gibberish with nonsensical gestures and motions all disconnected. The watching audience is perplexed unable to find meaning, sense, reference or understanding and the more they observe and consider, the more bewildered they become until the entire theater is filled with mental anguish. The sane begin to leave, but the organizers have barred the doors.
There is only one truth but a plethora of lies seeking to silence it. God has made Himself known in a written message, the Bible, through His chosen people the Nation of Israel and lastly the person, Yeshua Messiah, (Jesus’ Hebrew name). He confirms His word through Creation, deep within the human heart, and through the prophetic nature of His message. Just as the Bible foretold of Messiah Yeshua’s coming and events in great detail hundreds and thousands of years before, so His word foretells and explains the events that happen through history.
When wickedness and evil reach a certain point, God takes action to restrain it and/or bring judgment. (2 Thess. 2:7-8, Rom. 13:1-5) For example, the raving evils of Adolph Hitler’s holocaust, genocide, racism, propaganda, unprovoked war and murder are recent and still fresh to most alive today. The German people are aware of their parents acceptance of Nazi practices. WWII was judgment that followed to rid the world of Nazi evils where Generations died and suffered. Today, another evil is reaching the tipping point for judgment. It doesn’t have one name, but it includes propaganda, genocide, racism, government corruption, riots, murder, and generational destruction. Judgment follows such behavior, always has and always will because the living God reigns supreme over all heaven and earth. “And he passed in front of Moses, proclaiming, “The Lord, the Lord, the compassionate and gracious God, slow to anger, abounding in love and faithfulness, maintaining love to thousands, and forgiving wickedness, rebellion and sin. Yet he does not leave the guilty unpunished; he punishes the children and their children for the sin of the parents to the third and fourth generation.”” (Exodus 34:6-7) Lest some say God is vengeful and unjust, consider that He chastens His Children, those who Believe and follow Him first. “However, if you suffer as a Christian, do not be ashamed, but praise God that you bear that name. For it is time for judgment to begin with God’s household; and if it begins with us, what will the outcome be for those who do not obey the gospel of God? And, “If it is hard for the righteous to be saved, what will become of the ungodly and the sinner?””(1 Peter 4:16-18) The insanity and wickedness of today is not unique in human history. What can the wise do, but heed God’s word, “Do not be yoked together with unbelievers. For what do righteousness and wickedness have in common? Or what fellowship can light have with darkness? What harmony is there between Christ and Belial? Or what does a believer have in common with an unbeliever? Therefore, “Come out from them and be separate, says the Lord. Touch no unclean thing, and I will receive you.”” (2 Corinthians 6:14,15,17)
